The Pastor’s Message

In the New Testament, the Apostle Paul tells us that we are all members of the body of Christ. It is obvious when we look at each other, that we do not

look at all alike physically. It is the same way with our human bodies as each member is different, which makes those differences apparent as members of the body of Christ. We may recognize each other in pictures that we see, but what we don’t always   recognize are the different gifts and talents that each one has been blessed with. It is my hope and prayer that we will not only present our physical features, but that we will continue to strive to find and use our skills, gifts and talents in serving our United Baptist congregation and the greater community as well.

Together, we are the hands and feet of Jesus reaching out to all of God’s people. Without our help, many would be left behind. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for Jesus’ sake.

“With pride in our past and faith in our future”
